Graduation Eligibility
Bachelor's and Master's students who will complete the final two courses and all required coursework for earning their degree by the end of the Fall 2008 session are eligible to take part in the graduation ceremony on August 9th, 2008.
For Doctoral students, all requirements towards the PhD must first be completed by JUNE 1, 2008 in order to participate in Graduation 2008, including successful defense of the Dissertation.
Degree Audit
During your final session, verify your graduation eligibility by submitting a request for a degree audit on the Student Services System to confirm that you have or will have completed all degree requirements by the end of the session. Your request will be processed only after all your grades for the last session of your specific program are in the system. If no problems arise, you should receive a copy of your diploma and transcripts approximately two months after the last day of your final semester. There is no graduation fee.
ACTUAL DIPLOMAS WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED AT THE CEREMONY, BUT WILL BE MAILED TO GRADUATES BY THE REGISTRATION OFFICE UPON COMPLETION OF THE DEGREE AUDIT.
STUDENTS WHO COMPLETED GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS AND THE DEGREE AUDI IN PRIOR SESSIONS AND RECEIVED APPROVAL FROM THE REGISTRATION OFFICE ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GRADUATION CEREMONY ON AUGUST 9, 2008 OR AT ANY FUTURE TUI GRADUATION CEREMONY THAT MAY BE CONVENIENT.

Cap and Gown Ordering
To place an order for your "keeper" cap and gown, use the link shown below and follow the instructions. Cap and gown orders will be charged to the customer at the time of the order. Caps and gowns will be shipped directly to the student/customer by the vendor.

Photography
Ultimate Exposures Photography will be present at the graduation ceremony to photograph each graduate as he or she receives a certificate of participation and as he or she shakes hands with the TUI President and CEO. Candid photos will also be taken at the reception.
*PLEASE NOTE: IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE FORMALITY OF THE CEREMONY, GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO REMAIN SEATED DURING THE CEREMONY. NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEOTAPING BY GUESTS WILL BE PERMITTED DURING THE CEREMONY.
